Solvent: This is compressed of Aliphatic and Aromatic solvent combination.
Color: Dark brown.
Viscosity: 1700-2000 cps at 30° +/-  2° C.

Application: This adhesive is primarily designed for footwear assembling. It can be used for bonding EVA with leather, micro sole with leather and many more other common footwear substrates. This adhesive is operated within tack time 10 min to 60 min depending upon the different substrates.

Method of Application: Make sure the surface to be bonded are even, clean, dry, and free from grease or oil. A coat of adhesive is to be applied uniformly on both the surface to be joined. Porous substrates like leather may require tow coat for superior bonding. Wait for 8-10 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate. Place the coated surface one above the other while the adhesive remains sticky. Press the surface firmly together. Final strength is to be achieved after 24 hours.

Caution: It is highly inflammable. Replace lid immediately after partial use, Store in a cool and dry place.
Special Instructions: Shake well before use.

Applications: Most suitable for any large area where brushing is neither possible nor economical in industries like seat making, liner fixing, furnishing and similar others

Method of Application: The surface should be clean, dry and free from grease and oil. The adhesives should be applied either by airless or air spray gun. Proper spray tip is to be used to have correct spray pattern. The pressure of 4-6 kg./sq.cm.

Caution: Spraying should be done in a well ventilated place. It is highly inflammable. Replace lid immediately after partial use. Store in a cool and dry place. During use the applicator nozzle is to be kept away from human body. After use clean the spray gun nozzle with solvent to avoid chocking.
